Each milestone is drafted from your state's actual code by our systems and then reviewed and signed off by a person who knows the rules, so the price covers the review and the result rather than weeks of retyping a template. It lands well below the $8,000 to $21,000 startup consultants charge upfront, and it is billed only when the milestone is in your hands.
A large deposit against months of future work is how startup consultants fail their clients. You pay when a milestone is delivered: entity confirmed, application acknowledged, manual delivered, license issued. If we stop delivering, you stop paying.

No. Launch sets up the whole business, from application to operation, whether or not you use our software. BridgeCare OS is an optional add-on billed separately at $249 to $499 a month with a 14-day free trial. Most agencies do add it because scheduling, EVV, caregiver onboarding, training tracking, and billing are already set up by the time the license arrives.
No one honest can. We prepare, you file, the state decides. What we do guarantee is that every milestone is delivered before it is billed, and that anything the state asks for in review is handled without a new invoice.
It depends on the state. In Illinois, a clean application typically reaches a provisional license in two to three months, and you can serve private-pay clients from that point. Full licensure follows the state survey. Your plan gives the timeline for your state.
